Fuji Hikoki K.K. (Fuji Airplane Co Ltd) was one of the smaller Japanese manufacturers of aircraft. Its
plants at Tokyo, Osaka, and Taira were mostly engaged in
subcontract work, including manufacture of the K5Y "Willow" trainer. Fuji also
manufactured subassemblies for Nakajima and for the
Navy's MXY7 Ohka suicide aircraft.
From 1941 to 1945, Fuji produced a total of 871 airframes for the Navy.
