Managi Keishin (Managi Takanobu) was chief of
staff of 25 Army when war broke out. He
became acting commander of 2 Division
under Burma
Area Army in
January 1945. By March 1945 this division was based at Phnom Penh, and it had made a
second move to Saigon by the time
of the surrender.
