Terada Seiichi commanded 2 Air Division in Mindanao at the time of the Allied counter invasion in 1945.
Following the Japanese
surrender, he was tried and
convicted of passing along an order to massacre the Allied prisoners of war on Palawan. He was sentenced to
life imprisonment.
